Internship & Supervision
We are proud to be an Approved Internship Site by the Nevada Social Work Board. For interns, we offer a comprehensive supervision program that provides mentorship, structure, and hands-on learning.
Our supervision program is designed to:

- Build self-awareness and professional identity
- Support career advancement and licensing requirements
- Provide administrative training and professional accountability
- Encourage collaborative teamwork and interdisciplinary learning
Supervision Models Used

Candidate Requirements
We want to build a team of professionals who are as passionate about mental health as we are.
Ideal Candidates Are:
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in Nevada as LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, CPC-I, CSW-I, or MFT-I
- Experienced in providing individual, family, or couples therapy (within scope of practice)
- Comfortable working with children ages 5+ (preferred)
- Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset
- Tech-savvy enough to manage electronic documentation and communication
