About:

Dustin Tomblin, a Certified Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, has been offering counseling services in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2014. 

Utilizing his personal life experiences, Dustin employs a compassionate and empathetic approach to his counseling, establishing a secure and encouraging atmosphere for individuals to heal and develop personally.

Education:

Dustin’s educational journey began with the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, NV in August 2002. 

Building on this foundation, he went on to pursue a higher level of education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same university in May 2013. 

With a strong academic background, Dustin has equipped himself with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of clinical mental health counseling.

Dustin’s counseling experience spans a wide range of populations dealing with complex medical, mental health, and substance abuse issues. 

Working with both non-profit organizations and in private practice, Dustin has focused on individual and group counseling for individuals living with HIV. His therapeutic approach incorporates a combination of humanistic, cognitive behavioral, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Postmodern narrative orientations, with an emphasis on promoting wellness and mindfulness.
